Walk & Talk one-on-one sessions
In addition to developing my drama therapy group sessions I am now introducing one-on-one counselling sessions for adults and teens. These sessions will take place outdoors, embracing the concept of 'walk & talk' therapy amidst natures embrace. The intent behind this approach is to have a spacious way to reflect and connect to ourselves while moving our bodies in a calm and nurturing environment.

What is Drama Therapy?
Drama Therapy utilises theatre and drama techniques to support a participant’s psychological, emotional and social development. Through the use of role play, voice work, imagination, movement and storytelling, participants are able to express feelings, set goals, solve problems, tell their story, make sense of inner conflict and increase inner wellbeing.Drama Therapy helps to increase a participant’s self awareness, motivation and confidence, and offers a creative way for an individual or group to explore and solve personal and group challenges.
